Day 1: Hamilton Park & Having FUN with Cousins

We had so much fun with Heath, Isabel and Ethan when they came up to visit us last month. Yes, I am very behind... They stayed from May23rd to June 1st and we had a blast. We finally saw several things that we had been meaning to but had been putting off. Chris was gone for most of it with work and Isabel was having migraines so they missed a few of the things which is why there are not many pictures with them in it (just a little FYI, I'm not playing favorites or anything :)). So Heath and I took the boys everywhere we could think of and wore them out (we were pretty wasted as well don't get me wrong, we just had to fake it to keep everything and everyone moving)!

This is how the next few blogs are organized: I have set them up according to the order in which we did them, we did NOT go out 7 days in a row, that would be suicide!

This first picture was taken on one of the last days but I thought it was very appropriate to start with. The boys absolutely love Heath and wouldn't leave his side. But naturally by this time he was tired so he put on one of Ethan's favorite cartoons on the computer and tried to sleep with all three boys in his lap watching! This is by far my favorite picture!

Roan started the visit with a bang. He was pushing a truck on the back patio the first day when he hit a crack and the truck stopped but he kept going and had his face scratched open on the stones. He will have a scar for a long while but Heath was the only one that could console him or touch him!! What happened to mothers kisses make everything better?

I didn't see it, but when I came down, he was like: DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first day we just went to a really cool park in Hamilton since they were recovering from a long night of driving and it was Sunday. But the park comes with all the big trucks which boys couldn't get enough of!

And of course you can't forget the Hill trait that is passed down from generation to generation, we had to climb trees!

Isabel had fun chasing around with the boys and playing along with there imaginary game. I can't quit remember what it was all about, but it was pretty intense and loud!
